HOTEL BOOKING CONDITIONS AT A GLANCE

Quick Guide to our accommodation booking T&Cs

  • Check-in: from 17:00 - 23:00
    Check-out: 9:00 - 10:00



    Should you require early check-in, please contact Podere Conti at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date (subject to availability)
    Late check-in can be arranged up to 01:00 with prior notice

    Should you require an early check-out, please advise management at least 12 hours prior to departure

    Late check-out will carry a penalty of 50% of the given daily room rate

  • Is only required for non-refundable rate bookings (100%) and Group Bookings (50%)

    Other bookings require only a credit card guarantee (to be pre-authorised at booking) to confirm the booking.

    In any case, full payment is due by check-in.

  • We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Please check the international limit of your card before arrival. You are welcome to pay your stay in advance by bank transfer.

  • REGULAR BOOKINGS – if cancelled up to 7 days before the date of arrival no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in the case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged

    GROUP BOOKINGS - for bookings of more than 3 rooms, a 50% deposit is required which if cancelled up to 20 weeks before date of arrival will be refunded in full less any bank charges (if any). If cancelled later or in the case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged

    NON-REFUNDABLE RATE BOOKINGS – non-refundable rates are paid in advance and any cancellation made is non-refundable


    DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS - free cancellation is possible in the event that there is a total entry ban into Italy or we are subjected to a renewed local lockdown or closure

  • We strongly recommended to take out personal travel insurance at the time of booking, for all members of your party, to also cover any eventual cancellation penalty

  • Podere Conti considers the following ages for its booking system requirements:

    • 0 to 3 years is considered as “Infant” and will be FOC (Free of Charge) when sharing a parent's bed. If an extra bed is required, there will be an additional supplement as specified in the relevant online booking system or via email correspondence

    • 4 to 12 years old are considered as “Children” and shall be considered as requiring extra bed capacity with appropriate costs applied

    • 12 years old and above will be considered as an “Adult” in terms of full bed capactiy requirements with appropriate costs applied

  • Unused services will not be replaced or refunded.
