Cancellation due to Travelling Restrictions

In response to difficult travelling situations, we have relaxed our cancellation conditions. Should a journey not be possible due to the coronavirus, a free cancellation is possible for the following circumstances:

1 - Total Entry Ban into Italy
2 - Podere Conti is subject to a renewed Local Lockdown/Closure

Cancellation due to guest health or travel logistics, other than stated above, will be treated in accordance with our normal cancellation conditions apply as found on our Booking Terms & Conditions

Allows you swift access to your room or apartment
Our staff have been trained in accordance with our anti-contagion guidelines, specific to their roles, to guarantee proper cleaning, hygiene and disinfection and ensure a safe environment
We rely solely on our in-house laundry ensuring the correct measures (including high temperature washes) and cleaning/disinfection products are used to guarantee all bed linen, towels, tablecloths and napkins are properly disinfected
With isopropyl alcohol and ozone where appropriate
Provided in all public and working areas as well as guests’ accommodation
All measures will be constantly reviewed to meet with local health authority’s guidance
