Podere Conti Restaurant is an integral part of the life of the estate and is open year-round to the general public.
It is not conceived as a separate entity, but as a place that reflects the surrounding landscape, the rhythm of the seasons, and a measured approach to hospitality.
The culinary offering is rooted in the territory of Lunigiana and expressed through a contemporary cuisine that values ingredients, preparation time, and long-term consistency. The restaurant represents a balance between cooking and space, where eating well is a natural part of the life of the estate.
Dining takes place in a welcoming indoor dining room and on a covered panoramic terrace, sheltered from the wind and overlooking the surrounding countryside and hills. These spaces are designed to offer comfort and continuity throughout the year, without formality.
The menu is varied and flexible, with dishes that can accommodate specific dietary requirements. A dedicated children’s menu is also available, prepared with the same attention to ingredient quality. The restaurant is open year-round to the public; for this reason, hotel guests are advised to book in advance to ensure availability.
Opening hours and service times may vary throughout the year depending on the season. For the most up-to-date information, we recommend consulting our Google Business profile
Upvivium is an initiative promoted within the UNESCO Man and Biosphere (MAB) programme, bringing together restaurateurs and producers from Italian Biosphere Reserves to highlight short supply chains, local products, and traditional agricultural practices.
Podere Conti has taken part in Upvivium for many years, as a natural extension of its relationship with the Lunigiana and the Emilian-Tuscan Apennine MAB Biosphere. We have twice been selected as winners of the local round (2019 and 2024). In 2024, our participation continued to the national finals.
On that occasion, our dish Scrigni di Agnello di Zeri—pasta parcels created by our chef and now a signature of the restaurant—was awarded Second Prize at national level and received the national Press Award. The name Scrigni (“Treasure Chests”) was coined at Podere Conti for this dish and has since become closely associated with it, which remains a permanent presence on our menu.
Our ongoing involvement in Upvivium reflects a long-term commitment to working with local ingredients and producers, rather than a competitive objective.
