Podere Conti is set in the unspoilt landscape of Lunigiana, a historic region of northern Tuscany shaped by the meeting of the Apennines and the natural corridor between Tuscany, Liguria and Emilia-Romagna.
Over centuries, this position has given Lunigiana its layered identity of valleys, rivers, mountain passes and small rural settlements.
Administratively, the estate lies within the Comune of Filattiera, but it is located on the outer edge of the municipality, closer to Pontremoli than to the village of Filattiera itself.
Pontremoli is the nearest town and the main cultural and service centre of the area, as well as a natural reference point for visitors exploring the region.
The estate enjoys a quiet rural setting while remaining easy to reach, located close to the A15 Parma–La Spezia motorway. From arrival onwards, the sense is one of calm, space and distance from urban density.
Exit the A15 Parma–La Spezia motorway at Pontremoli. From there, Podere Conti is a 10–15 minute drive through the countryside.

Free on-site parking is available for guests.
The nearest station is Pontremoli, served by regional and intercity trains. Taxi services in Lunigiana are limited, so advance booking is essential. We strongly recommend arranging onward transport before arrival.
By prior arrangement, it is also possible to reach Podere Conti by helicopter, with landing in designated areas within the estate. Arrivals are subject to operational and safety conditions. Technical details are available via our Helipaddy profile or on request.
For flexibility during your stay, we recommend hiring a car at the airport, as local car rental options in Lunigiana are very limited.
Alternatively, on request, we can organise private transfers from Pontremoli station and from major airports, including Pisa, Milan, Genoa, Bologna, Florence, and Bergamo.
