Podere Conti is a certified organic farm spanning 200 acres with extensive olive groves, fruit and chestnut trees, vegetable garden, sheep and chickens.   
We produce organically certified extra virgin olive oil from mainly Leccini and Frantoio trees which provide for a flavourful but low acidity and light taste

We breed a local species of mountain sheep from Zeri renowned for its lamb which traditionally is cooked in wrought iron pans ("testi")

All farm produce and forage is used exclusively in the restaurant 
Our vegetable garden provides fresh herbs and summer vegetables


The Estate was acquired by the Conti family in 2003 comprising 200 acres and 3 sets of ruins to restore…..
